Senior Finance Manager (6âmonth FTC) â Deliveroo
We\âre looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our expanding Finance team on a 6âmonth fixedâterm contract basis. As the scale and complexity of Deliveroo grows every day, we need dynamic, entrepreneurial, analytical thinkers to support the business. You will report to the Group Financial Controller and be based at our HQ office on Cannon Street, London, operating on a hybrid model.
What You\âll Do
Oversee and review the monthâend reporting for your regions.
Partner with other financial reporting managers and broader finance teams to ensure monthâend is completed on time across the Group.
Ensure financial controls are operational and documented across the business.
Lead the local audits for your regions and contribute to the Group audit and any regulatory and tax inspections where applicable.
Oversee the preparation of local statistics and ensure they are filed.
Provide technical accounting guidance, demonstrating an excellent understanding of IFRS.
Manage a small team, responsible for performance management, development, reviewing work and coaching.
Lead certain adâhoc projects for the group, which may relate to our processes.
Explore the use of automation to improve processes and ways of working across the finance team.
Requirements
You will need to be ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualified with at least 4 years of postâqualified experience.
Preferably have relevant industry or startup experience.
You will use big data to solve problems.
Netsuite experience is a bonus.
We need someone who can be flexible, with a positive, \âcan do\â attitude, and able to get on with people at all levels and across a range of departments in the business. Across all levels and teams is important, including the ability to distill complex accounting information to make it understandable for nonâaccountants.
