We’re looking for a Rider Onboarding Associate to join our London team. In this role, you’ll oversee the processes that guide applicants through our onboarding stages, conducting audits and ensuring our fleet is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support applicants through the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring they move smoothly through application stages and hit weekly hiring targets.
- Monitor onboarding supply pipelines and report any issues, blockers, or anomalies to the Team Lead to ensure a consistent flow of new riders.
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on new riders to ensure they meet mandatory onboarding standards and document requirements.
- Respond to internal and external applicant-related escalations, suggesting creative solutions to unblock flows and improve the experience.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and proactively suggest process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Carry out essential administrative tasks and work closely with the wider Rider Operations team to meet departmental KPIs.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
- You are proficient in written and spoken English and Italian. Proficiency in French or Dutch is a significant plus.
- You are highly organised with excellent attention to detail and comfortable following structured, high-volume processes.
- A natural team player with strong communication skills and the ability to engage positively in team discussions.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment and a desire to learn new operational tools.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel (basic to intermediate level). Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- You are comfortable with a hybrid work policy (3 days in the London office) and available to work some weekends throughout the year.
