We’re looking for a Global Mobility & Immigration Partner to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us enable smooth, compliant, and high-quality talent mobility across the EMEA region to support our continued global growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Global Mobility & Immigration (GMI) team. With operations spanning 40+ countries across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, our team manages global immigration, mobility, and compliance programs. We partner closely with employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions that support a globally distributed workforce.

Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • Manage complex EMEA mobility & immigration cases: Serve as the go-to expert for immigration and diverse mobility cases, resolving complex escalations and ensuring an excellent, "human-first" employee experience.
  • Own and lead regional programs: Take full ownership of immigration and mobility programs within your scope, ensuring they are delivered effectively and align with global business goals and company strategy.
  • Drive process improvement and scalability: Streamline regional workflows by introducing tools, templates, and automated systems that make day-to-day operations more efficient and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Stay ahead of evolving EMEA immigration regulations, proactively identifying and mitigating risks while partnering with external vendors to ensure total regulatory alignment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Equity teams to deliver well-integrated mobility initiatives and high-impact integration projects.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential:

  • Significant experience in EMEA mobility and immigration: Proven background navigating complex immigration regimes and mobility compliance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills: Proven ability to use data to inform decisions, paired with the pragmatic judgment needed to solve the human problems that come with relocation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management: Demonstrated ability to translate complex legal and tax jargon into simple, empathetic guidance for employees and cross-functional business leaders.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and navigate nuance within high-growth, tech-driven businesses.
