We’re looking for a Finance Manager - Revenue Operations to join our London team on a one-year fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll partner with engineering and business teams to ensure the integrity of our financial data while scaling our revenue processes through automation.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Financial Ops / Revenue Accounting team. We sit at the intersection of finance and technology, working closely with engineering to translate complex marketplace data into accurate financial insights. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage high-growth processes, moving from manual workflows to automated, scalable systems.

  • Drive Month-End Excellence: Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis for revenue accounts in accordance with U.S. and UK accounting principles.
  • Data Integrity & Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of revenue data using SQL and analytical tools to detect anomalies, resolve reconciliation gaps, and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Engineering and Finance Business Partners to investigate data accuracy and articulate the drivers behind financial fluctuations.
  • Audit & Governance: Support annual audit requirements and take full ownership of SOX control performance and documentation maintenance.
  • Process Transformation: Partner with your manager to scale revenue operations, evolving manual accounting tasks into automated, robust financial processes.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
  • Professional Qualification: Recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Technical Accounting Depth: Significant experience in financial accounting, specifically within revenue operations and U.S. / UK GAAP environments.
  • Data & Systems Proficiency: Strong proficiency in NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) and a proven ability to use SQL for data analysis.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to maintain a big-picture perspective while managing granular operational requirements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Proven ability to independently drive discussions with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Engineering, and Business owners.
Nice to Have
  • Experience using Looker for data visualisation.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing.
