We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fast Food Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering orders promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties
- Collect orders from the restaurant and ensure accuracy before delivery
- Deliver food orders to customers within specified timeframes
- Handle cash or electronic payments where applicable
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries, including heavy lifting if necessary
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries
- Keep accurate records of deliveries made and any issues encountered during shifts
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving is preferred
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record
- Experience in warehouse work or heavy lifting is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of local roads and navigation systems
- Physical fitness to handle heavy loads when required
