We’re looking for an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Associate to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us support our global hiring needs, with a focus on high-volume and operational roles, ensuring our brand resonates authentically across diverse markets.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the Global Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing team. We partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Communications, and DEI teams globally to shape how talent experiences our brands. You will collaborate cross-functionally across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to form a unified global team.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Own execution of recruitment marketing campaigns for high-volume hiring (e.g., Hop, Editions, and warehouse roles) to ensure a steady pipeline of quality talent.
- Build and scale recruiter enablement resources, creating toolkits and messaging that empower our hiring teams to attract the best candidates.
- Execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns, tracking performance and iterating to improve conversion, efficiency, and quality of hire.
- Localise employer brand messaging across the United States, Mexico, Europe, and the UAE, managing geographic nuances and specific hiring priorities.
- Partner with recruiters to improve candidate experience, identifying friction points in the funnel and implementing practical solutions.
- Significant experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in high-volume or operations hiring, understanding the unique challenges of scaling warehouse or associate-level recruitment.
- Strong understanding of paid media and digital tools, including experience managing job boards and campaign execution platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to optimise candidate funnels and report on campaign impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the adaptability to work across multiple geographies and collaborate with TA, Brand, and Comms teams.
- Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation.
- Familiarity with recruitment challenges in the US, EMEA, or LATAM markets.
