Overview
This role sits within the Rider Marketing function of the Global Operations team here at Deliveroo. The team's primary responsibility is to drive rider acquisition across both digital channels, including managing best-in-class channel planning, strategy, and execution across Search, Social, and Job Boards. The role involves close collaboration with the creative, data science, and marketing technology teams to create innovative digital campaigns in order to secure rider applicants into our fleet. This is a London-based, hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
About The Role
We are seeking a digital marketing specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end planning, activation, and reporting for all digital acquisition channels, including Search, Paid Social, and Job platform campaigns. The successful candidate will employ an analytical, data-driven approach to generate evidence-based recommendations and insights. This position requires strong collaboration with stakeholders across marketing, creative, technology, and data science teams, as well as external agencies, and reports directly to the Head of Rider Supply Strategy and Acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Platform Management - Oversee and engage in campaign and asset setups, budget management and tracking, pacing and performance checks and optimisations across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Smartly and Google Ads.
- Planning & Forecasting - Responding to and supporting briefs across all verticals, including responsibilities such as producing media plans, contributing to and presenting responses, and forecasting to targets.
- Reporting - Reporting on performance in weekly updates and conducting post campaign analysis to generate learnings and insights that shape future media strategy.
- Campaign Management - Oversee timelines and deliverables for campaigns, ensuring we track to meet forecasted live dates and managing expectations effectively.
- Industry - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to understand opportunities to further evolve our digital marketing strategy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in campaign setup and management across digital channels such as Smartly, Meta or TikTok.
- Proven track record in launching consumer-facing campaigns, preferably within a high-growth D2C brand.
- Solid knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and channels.
- Structured problem-solving skills, framing arguments well and finding root cause solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Basic quantitative analytical skills utilised for reporting and to set up tests/experiments.
