We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us scale our physical footprint by overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects that power our marketplace operations.

What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the Property & Infrastructure team. We are responsible for the physical spaces that make on-demand delivery possible, from bespoke delivery-only kitchens to innovative corporate hubs.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Lead the Construction Lifecycle: Take full ownership of projects from initial site feasibility and design through to fit-out, snagging, and final handover.
- Manage Complex Stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for internal teams—including Legal, Operations, and Finance—ensuring alignment on project timelines and commercial goals.
- Drive Vendor Excellence: Source, appoint, and manage external contractors and consultants, ensuring all work meets our high standards for safety, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Execute High-Stakes Prioritisation: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, making rapid, data-backed decisions to keep projects on track.
- Deliver Financial Rigour: Maintain strict control over project budgets, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent overspends or delays.
Essential
- Proven Construction Ownership: Significant experience managing the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out or construction projects within a high-growth industry.
- Expert Vendor Management: A track record of holding contractors and external partners accountable to strict KPIs and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to navigate complex organisational structures and influence senior decision-makers to achieve project milestones.
- Operational Agility: Strong understanding of how to operate effectively in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift rapidly.
Nice to Have
- Professional Qualification: RICS, RIBA, or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Specialised Domain Knowledge: Experience specifically within the food-tech, industrial kitchen, or rapid-delivery real estate sectors.
