What You’ll Be Doing

  • In this role, you will be the dedicated Compensation partner to our Commercial organisations.
  • Provide ongoing advisory & consultation to Leaders, People Partners and TA partners on compensation-related questions.
  • Partner with all commercial teams to support effective and scalable sales incentive design.
  • Perform research on emerging trends, issues, and best practices in commercial compensation and incentives, using analytics to help enhance programs.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations on compensation trends and data, best practice, risks, and opportunities.
  • Provide support on compensation data needs/analytical support for special projects.
  • Work on the design and management of short-term incentive programs.
  • Be a key partner in our journey to become a truly innovative Rewards team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience working with broader compensation analysis, design, consulting, and/or operations.
  • Deep experience working with short- and long-term incentive programs, especially Sales Incentive Programs and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritise on a consistent basis in an evolving, global, and matrixed work environment.
  • Expertise with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.
  • You understand modern HR solutions (preferably Workday), and understand how to build the compensation processes into a modern SaaS solution.
  • You have a problem-solving and can-do attitude combined with networking skills and a willingness to take initiative.
  • Feeling comfortable outside your comfort zone - being adaptable to change in an ever-evolving and fast-moving environment.
  • Able to lead, influence through data and make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Possessing a true growth mindset and looking to consistently develop skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities and strong attention to detail - knowing how to spin the plates and plan your time accordingly.
  • Able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders.
