Our Account Management team manages our restaurant relationships. As Deliveroo continues to scale, we become a major revenue channel for restaurants - aside from providing best-in-class support, we use data-driven insights and industry knowledge to help our partner restaurants grow.

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an account management or commercial role, with proven track record of driving results for clients
  • Experience as an account manager or client servicing relevant role in data analytics/e-commerce.
  • Upsell ad solutions and use data analytics
  • Experience in using data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Some experience in presenting to key stakeholders and C-suite level
