As Local Marketing Executive, you will directly report to the Head of Local Marketing. You will be working across various marketing teams to ensure alignment of the promotional calendar, end-to-end execution of our promotional strategy and develop local creative and media plans.
As part of your role you will also be responsible for identifying future growth opportunities to experiment within our promotions taking into account business priorities, past performance of promotions, and market trends, whilst keeping up-to-date the information about campaign execution and results. You will work on campaigns from ideation through to measurement, to build out how it comes to life for customers. Campaigns will range from promotions, through to brand activations and requires strong analytical and organisational skills.
You will work with a variety of stakeholders both internally (UK Marketing Team, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech, Data Science, CRM) and externally (e.g. media agencies).
What You'll Be Doing
- Champion the consumer voice through the delivery of campaigns
- Keep on top of competitor trends and activity to strengthen plans
- Work with creative studio & media teams to develop local creative and media plans
- Execute our promotional campaigns end-to-end from audience targeting to consumer experience (including in app and CRM)
- Own weekly reporting on in flight campaign performance and post campaign analysis to understand metrics of success and identifying improvement areas and opportunities to experiment
- Own our CRM calendar execution for key projects
- Support on forecasting and budgeting as well as go to market communications both internally and externally
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years experience in Marketing role
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- You’re both analytical & commercial and you enjoy interpreting data to develop insight/consumer-led marketing strategy. Comfortable with analytical tools like excel.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can manage multiple cross-departmental stakeholders; confident communicating at all levels
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- You have a self-starter attitude and you’re able to thrive in a fast-paced matrixed organisation with constant change.
- You have a proven track record in making things happen - delivering results quickly and efficiently.
