About The Role

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Local Marketing Associate is a highly collaborative and analytical role responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of regional campaigns. You will work cross‑functionally to deliver data‑driven initiatives that offer genuine customer value, owning everything from initial local activation to detailed performance reporting.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver a diverse range of initiatives – from tactical promotions to high‑impact brand and partner activations – ensuring every plan offers genuine value and resonates with local customer needs.
  • Stay informed on local competitor trends and activities to continuously strengthen regional strategies and campaigns.
  • Own the campaign lifecycle from initial briefing through to execution, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned to deliver high‑impact results on time and against key objectives.
  • Partner with specialists across Commercial, Performance, Loyalty, CRM, PR, and Social teams to drive integrated marketing planning and 'best‑in‑class' campaign management.
  • Own weekly and monthly reporting on regional business and campaign performance, providing deep‑dive post‑campaign analysis.
  • Track success metrics, with the support of Data Science and Consumer Insights teams to identify improvement areas and uncover new opportunities for experimentation and growth.

Requirements

  • 1‑2 years experience in a Marketing role.
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across complex, cross‑functional teams.
  • A proven track record of 'making things happen,' highly‑organised with a focus on delivering high‑quality results efficiently and the ability to prioritise and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A strategic thinker who enjoys interpreting data to build insight‑led marketing plans.
  • Comfortable using analytical tools (e.g., Excel) to drive decision‑making.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and capturing growth opportunities.
  • A resilient self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
