We’re looking for a Strategic Commercial Regional Manager, North East & Yorkshire to join our Leeds team. In this role, you’ll lead the strategy for the North England & Yorkshire territory, driving order volume, market share, and profitability across all three sides of our marketplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead Regional Strategy: Own the end‑to‑end strategy for the North England & Yorkshire region, managing top and bottom‑line P&L targets to drive sustainable growth.
  • Empower Your Team: Lead and mentor a team of up to seven City and Account Managers, supporting them in developing high‑impact operational plans.
  • Drive Commercial Partnerships: Act as the face of Deliveroo for top‑tier restaurant partners, leading high‑stakes negotiations and building long‑term executive relationships.
  • Cross‑Functional Execution: Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to synchronise rider efficiency with local revenue‑driving campaigns.
  • Optimise Marketplace Performance: Analyse regional data to improve customer outcomes and accelerate market share within your specific territory.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Significant Commercial Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex P&L targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset: A strong understanding of how to translate data into actionable growth strategies and operational excellence.
  • High‑Level Negotiation Skills: Comfortable engaging and influencing business owners and C‑suite operators to secure key partnerships.
  • Stellar Communication: Exceptional relationship‑building skills across various stakeholders, whether in‑person, on the phone, or via email.
  • Regional Mobility: Ability to be in the field and travel within your territory 2–3 days per week to stay close to the market.
