Role Purpose

To support the UAE-based Legal team with administrative, coordination, and translation tasks. This is an entry-level Emiratisation role designed to provide hands‑on experience and professional development within a corporate legal environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal team.
  • Assist with preparing, formatting, and filing legal documents and correspondence.
  • Translate documents and emails between Arabic and English.
  • Maintain legal records, contracts, and documentation in an organized manner.
  • Support contract tracking and document management processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, and prepare meeting materials.
  • Conduct basic legal research as required.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support legal requests.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • UAE National (Emiratisation role).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • No prior work experience required.
