The Team
At Deliveroo, we are customer-obsessed. Providing great customer experiences every time is a key part of Deliveroo’s mission to become the definitive food company! We currently cover eleven markets across Europe, the Middle East, and South East Asia. The Marketplace Support team is responsible for 100% of the live order interactions with Deliveroo’s consumers, riders and restaurant partners, as well as much of the back office support for riders and restaurants.

The Role
The Junior Copy Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Copy team, ensuring that customer, partner, and rider facing content used by agents is accurate, up to date and delivered on time. This role works closely with Copy Specialists to support projects and audits, manage localisation requests across markets, and upload reactive communications (macros) for agent use. The role is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to re-prioritise work as needs change.
What you’ll be doing
- Organising content and copy logically and coherently, making it easy for users to navigate and understand
- Gathering feedback from stakeholders and users for continuous improvement initiatives
- Creating and developing support copy and content, including but not limited to reactive messaging, agent facing knowledge base content, and customer facing help pages
- Conducting regular reviews of copy to ensure we deliver a best in class experience for our agents, consumers, riders, and restaurants
- Working with local market teams to coordinate localisation requests
- Providing administrative support to the wider copy team
- Creating, updating, and maintaining documentation used to support our chatbot
Requirements
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service or contact centre environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other documentation tools
- Ability to understand and convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience using Zendesk or AWS products desirable
- Second language desirable (French, Italian, Arabic)
