From negotiating key partnerships to unlocking new revenue streams and crafting data-led growth strategies, we take on big challenges that move the business forward.

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll be a critical partner to the South of England’s most highly regarded restaurants, cultivating relationships to help them scale their online sales.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage senior relationships: Build and maintain high-impact partnerships through consistent face-to-face and remote communication.
  • Negotiate high-value contracts: Lead commercial discussions to secure optimal terms of partnership and long-term value.
  • Optimise operations: Liaise with restaurant and rider operations teams to identify and resolve friction points, improving overall efficiency.
  • Act as a local market expert: Represent the face of Deliveroo within your region, staying ahead of industry trends to innovate and present new growth ideas.

Please note: This role requires being out on the road meeting partners around Colchester, Chelmsford, Ipswich and surrounding areas; therefore, a valid driving licence and access to a car is preferred.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Significant experience in account management: A proven track record in relationship management or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen: Comfortable interpreting data and using it to drive growth and inform business decisions.
  • Proven negotiation skills: Ability to manage complex conversations and deliver successful outcomes against targets.
  • Exceptional communication: A natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders, whether in person, via phone, or email.
  • Operational autonomy: A self-starter who is comfortable working independently while travelling to meet partners across the region.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a visible impact every day: Your work directly improves experiences for customers, partners and riders.
  • Work close to the market with autonomy, pace and real responsibility.
  • Build a career, not just a role: Stretch yourself, develop new skills and grow as the business evolves.
  • Deliver together in an inclusive culture: Collaborative, values-driven teams that support how you work best.

  • Up to 5% matched pension contributions.
  • Free Deliveroo Plus: free delivery and access to special offers.
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of time spent working at Deliveroo.
  • Maternity, paternity and shared parental leave, eligible from day one of employment.
  • Excellent learning and development opportunities and access to RooLearn, our learning platform, packed with high-quality training and content.
