We’re looking for a creative, data‑driven Influencer Marketing Manager to join Deliveroo’s influencer team. You’ll own end‑to‑end influencer campaigns—working with agency and team to implement, and feed into, strategy and creator selection to execution and performance analysis—helping to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and cultural relevance. You’ll sit within the brand social team and collaborate closely with global brand, marketing, PR, and commercial teams to bring impactful campaigns to life. This role will be the key position in leading those relationships and working with them to develop and enhance our overall influencer partnerships. The role is hybrid, based in the London HQ office 3 days a week and will report to the Global Head of Influencer Marketing.
What you’ll be doing
- Strategy & Planning
- Implement Deliveroo’s influencer marketing strategy across UKI market
- Identify opportunities to leverage creators for brand campaigns and seasonal moments
- Define and maintain clear KPIs
- Campaign Management
- Plan and oversee delivery of always‑on through‑the‑line influencer campaigns (briefing, contracting, execution, reporting managed through agency)
- Manage always‑on influencer activity alongside large‑scale campaign bursts
- Ensure campaigns align with brand tone, values, and visual identity
- Creator Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with a diverse network of creators (food, lifestyle, culture, local talent)
- Identify and onboard new and emerging influencers to keep Deliveroo culturally relevant
- Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and usage rights
- Cross‑functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Brand, PR, and Performance Marketing teams to amplify campaigns
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams on contracts and guidelines
- Analytics & Optimisation
- Track and analyse campaign performance using data and insights
- Optimise campaigns based on performance, audience insights, and trends
- Report on ROI and provide actionable recommendations
- Trend & Market Insights
- Stay ahead of social media and creator trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging platforms)
- Identify cultural moments and opportunities for Deliveroo to show up authentically
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems, platforms, and tools
- Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Passion for food, culture, and digital trends
- Experience with briefing and reviewing creative assets, including videography, photography and graphics
- Experience in fast‑paced environment
- A self‑starter who is comfortable with constant change
