We’re looking for a Head of Brand & Campaigns to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us shape and scale the B2B brand strategy and multi-channel campaign execution for Deliveroo and Wolt for Work across 25 global markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the For Work B2B Marketing team. Deliveroo and Wolt for Work operate as a fast-growing, entrepreneurial vertical within the business, helping corporate clients across 25 global markets deliver great food solutions for their teams.

  • Brand & Campaign Strategy
    • Lead the planning, orchestration, and message mix for integrated campaigns across 25 global markets, balancing brand positioning with performance objectives.
    • Act as a steward for the For Work brands, setting the strategic direction, preserving brand voice, and maintaining high quality across all customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Digital Execution & Scaling
    • Apply hands‑on digital media expertise to help scale campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Search, podcasts, and publications, while embedding AI‑led processes for media buying and creative translation.
    • Oversee end‑to‑end integration across paid and owned channels (CRM, organic social), managing campaign budgets, agency contracts, and quarter‑by‑quarter forecasting.
  • Measurement & Leadership
    • Define measurement frameworks, campaign KPIs, and reporting processes to surface insights and continuously improve efficiency.
    • Partner closely with four functional Marketing Managers (Creative, Campaign Leadership, Product Marketing, CRM), providing strategic direction, coaching, and execution support.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Essential
    • Proven ability to combine strategic brand thinking with hands‑on digital media execution and buying expertise (including LinkedIn, Meta, and Search).
    • Demonstrated experience orchestrating multi-market, integrated campaigns across cross‑functional teams, including CRM, organic social, and commercial functions.
    • Experience in line management, leading direct reports, and coaching teams to support their ongoing development.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of setting KPIs, defining measurement frameworks, and using data to guide decisions.
    • An entrepreneurial owner’s mindset with comfortable operating at pace in high‑growth, ambiguous environments.
  • Nice to Have
    • Experience scaling marketing execution across multi‑market B2B or corporate verticals.
    • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for global creative translation, automation, and media buying efficiency.
