What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Procurement Transformation team. This function is responsible for driving the evolution of our procurement capabilities, tools, and ways of working across a multi‑entity organization to deliver seamless, scaled efficiency. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

  • End-to-End Process Architecture: Design, maintain, and standardise the global procurement process architecture (L1–L3), establishing clear process boundaries, inputs, and outputs.
  • Decision Rights & Accountability: Define explicit decision rights, approval paths, and cross‑functional hand‑offs across global, regional, and category teams.
  • Variant Management & Governance: Operate formal governance to evaluate, approve, and review any entity‑level process variants, acting as an arbiter when legacy practices conflict.
  • Continuous Improvement: Use insights from data, audits, and user feedback to identify friction points, eliminate duplication, and drive ongoing process simplification.
  • Enablement Integration: Partner closely with Digital, Data, and Policy teams to ensure all process designs are accurately reflected in automated systems, analytics, and compliance controls.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential

  • Significant experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P): Proven ownership of end-to-end S2P processes, including global design, standardisation, and continuous improvement.
  • S2P Technology Implementation: Hands‑on experience delivering and optimising procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) with measurable adoption and business impact.
  • Governance and Controls: A strong track record of embedding process governance frameworks aligned to corporate policies and Delegations of Authority.
  • Change and Adoption Leadership: Proven ability to drive behavioural change and process adoption across Procurement, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
  • Operational Procurement Grounding: Prior experience in sourcing, category management, or P2P, ensuring practical, user‑centric process design.

Nice to Have

  • Post‑M&A Harmonisation: Experience leading global process harmonisation in complex or post‑acquisition environments, balancing global standardisation with critical local needs.
  • Advanced Automation: Experience delivering process re‑engineering and automation initiatives, such as touchless processing, guided buying, or AI‑enabled workflows.
  • Structured Methodologies: Practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar improvement methodologies to simplify processes at scale.
  • CoE Influence: Experience operating within a centre‑led or Center of Excellence (CoE) model, successfully influencing cross‑functional teams without direct authority.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a visible impact every day – Your work directly improves experiences for customers, partners, and riders.
  • Learn fast in an entrepreneurial environment – Work close to the market with autonomy, pace, and real responsibility.
  • Build a career, not just a role – Stretch yourself, develop new skills, and grow as the business evolves.
  • Deliver together in an inclusive culture – Collaborative, values‑driven teams that support how you work best.
