We’re building and scaling benefits programmes that support thousands of people across multiple countries. As the Benefits Manager, you’ll lead the design, delivery and evolution of those programmes making sure they’re competitive, cost-effective, compliant and, most importantly, meaningful to our teams.

You’ll collaborate with HR, finance, legal, and external vendors to ensure we’re offering benefits that align with our global Total Rewards strategy, while also making a real difference to employees' lives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design and manage statutory and supplementary benefits like pensions, health and life insurance, disability coverage and wellness initiatives.
  • Evaluate what’s working and what’s not—then make data-driven decisions to improve.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, collective labour agreements and best practice.
  • Own vendor relationships: from performance tracking to renewals, RFPs and improvement plans.
  • Track and manage budgets, analyse risk, and report on programme performance.
  • Create clear, accessible employee communications—FAQs, guides, and digital content.
  • Drive improvements in how we administer and communicate benefits, using tech to scale.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Legal, Finance and more to ensure smooth delivery.

What we’re looking for:

You’re someone who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment—and you care deeply about doing benefits right.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Significant experience in benefits design, operations or consulting, ideally across several countries.
  • Comfortable working with HR systems (we use Workday) and know how to embed benefits into digital tools.
  • Confident using Google Sheets or Excel to make sense of data.

Skills & Mindset:

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
  • A self-starter who’s comfortable working independently in an ambiguous environment.
  • Data-led decision maker with a growth mindset and strong influencing skills.
  • Clear communicator with excellent written English—able to make the complex feel simple.
  • Skilled at building relationships across functions, regions and time zones.
