We’re looking for a Site Team Leader to join our London team. In this role, you’ll support site management in achieving high performance, maximising customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence within our Editions sites.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Deliveroo Editions team. Deliveroo Editions are the world's first delivery‑only kitchens, partnering with fantastic restaurants to help them connect with hungry customers through market‑leading service and selection.
Here’s what your day‑to‑day might look like:
- Lead and prioritise: Work closely with site management to achieve company objectives, effectively prioritising tasks and delegating to the team during busy shifts.
- Oversee dispatch: Supervise the dispatch process to ensure the accurate handling of orders to riders, minimising mistakes during peak periods.
- Drive safety and standards: Maintain high levels of food safety and compliance, completing H&S checks to ensure a clean, organised, and legal site environment.
- Coach for compliance: Supervise adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) through robust supervision and impactful coaching of team members.
- Manage stakeholders: Communicate professionally with riders, neighbours, and contractors to uphold Deliveroo’s reputation and ensure smooth site operations.
