We're looking for a Field Sales Executive, Mandarin Speaking to join our Scotland team. In this role, you'll help us expand our restaurant network across the Glasgow & surrounding areas, ensuring the best Chinese cuisine is available to our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be joining the Chinese Category team within the UKI Commercial function. We are experts in the local markets we serve, identifying growth opportunities in regional hubs like Scotland to ensure Deliveroo remains the platform of choice for high-quality Chinese restaurant partners.

  • Prospect and Close: Map, pitch, and sign top-tier Chinese restaurants across Scotland and the surrounding areas to build a market-leading proposition.
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a city-level expert, using physical visits, calls, and social media to demonstrate Deliveroo's technology to partners in Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • End-to-End Onboarding: Oversee the restaurant journey from contract signature to 'go-live,' ensuring the process is seamless, efficient, and rapid.
  • Early-Stage Success: Monitor and drive the performance of newly signed partners during their first eight weeks on the platform to ensure long-term growth.
  • Market Integration: Represent Deliveroo at restaurant and food meet-ups, staying ahead of industry trends and what customers crave most.
What You'll Need to Thrive
  • Essential: Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for building authentic partnerships within this category.
  • Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and a strong understanding of the economics of food delivery.
