Deliveroo is seeking a design leader to define and drive the future of the courier experience. You will join the Courier Experience organization and lead a team of designers working across the core rider journey—from onboarding to delivery execution. You will report to the Head of Design for Courier Experience, in a hybrid role with regular time in our London office, collaborating across Product, Engineering, Operations, Research and leadership to balance rider needs and marketplace dynamics.
