The Role
As Programme Manager, Enablement, you will be responsible for managing the âair traffic controlâ process of landing ânew newsâ and important information with our Commercial teams. You will work closely with the Head of Enablement and the broader Commercial Operations team to ensure we plan and deploy a coâordinated and aligned approach to all commercial readiness initiatives. This will include a wide range of initiatives such as new Marketing campaigns, relevant consumer insights or big internal change programmes. You will also be responsible for the dayâtoâday governance and management of our internal Commercial communication channels including our Enablement platform, Seismic.
- Embed Deliverooâs GTM strategy: Support the Head of Enablement to embed our GTM strategy such that there is company wide understanding and alignment of how we communicate and embed important information with our Commercial teams.
- Manage the programme: Efficiently capture and embed the Voice of the Customer into the GTM process so that Deliveroo launches new product features and services in a manner that makes the required change impactful.
- Creating transparency of our GTM calendar: Own and manage the Commercial readiness roadmap to ensure it provides the most up to date and accurate information as to what is happening when and what Commercial teams need to take action.
- Manage the âairâtrafficâcontrolâ overview: Current and future GTM launches and their respective timelines so that can be accessed by all stakeholders across Commercial, Care and Product have the latest and most accurate information about what is launching when.
- Identify potential resource or timeline clashes: Understand tradeoff decisions when necessary.
- Run Launch Readiness Meetings: Coordinate stakeholder assistance for these meetings.
- Provide a clear risk register: With possible knockâon implications.
- Enable Commercial teams: So that they can excel in their day to day operations and engage with partners in the most effective way.
- Own the day to day management: Governance and content for our Commercial Enablement platform Seismic, ensuring that it provides the right information at the right time, in the right place and evolves as our business does.
- Manage additional internal Commercial communication channels: Such as email, Slack and Intranet, ensuring a consistent tone of voice is adhered to across all channels.
- Connect Commercial Operations functions: Across relevant initiatives to deliver optimal, highly effective experiences for Commercial teams.
- Project Manage the build: Of Deliverooâs Communication Orchestration engine, working with the Product Management, B2B Content and Marketing Operations teams to design, build and deliver a system that enables us to better communicate with Partners across multiple, external channels.
