Warehouse Supervisor Location: Kentish Town (NW5)

Working pattern: Onsite | Full-time | Shift-based (30 hours per week)

Pay: £15.55 per hour

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Kentish Town team. In this role, you’ll be the beating heart of daily site operations, maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring our customers receive their household essentials as quickly as possible.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the HOP Operations team. This team is responsible for end‑to‑end management of our rapid grocery delivery sites, ensuring inventory accuracy and lightning‑fast dispatch.

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

  • Drive Dispatch Excellence: Oversee that all orders are picked to meet time targets and lead the dispatch area to ensure seamless packing for our customers.
  • Manage Inventory Rigour: Unload deliveries according to procedure, ensuring total accuracy of product locations, date rotations, and claims logging.
  • Maintain Operational Standards: Ensure the warehouse remains clean, tidy, and safe at all times, dealing with hazards urgently and conducting regular H&S checks.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Partner with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure the site runs smoothly and employees follow company procedures.
  • Ownership of Stock Integrity: Ensure stock counts are 100% accurate across all designated counting areas.
