As a Business Recruiter, you will support the Deliveroo Commercial Functions across UKI, based in the London office where we’re proud to offer flexible and hybrid working (3 days a week on-site). Supporting Recruitment for commercial hiring, you’ll have previous experience sourcing niche talent, managing candidates and partners and evaluating technical and behavioural competencies against our Values.
Responsibilities
- Hiring: Proactively manage the full life‑cycle on mid‑senior roles taking a strategic and scalable approach to candidate generation that enables the broader team to deliver.
- Build process for talent assessment for influencing the quality of hires and talent, over the longer term.
- Process Improvement: With a focus on annual goals, you’ll identify opportunities to improve our approach and guide meaningful changes. Using data to influence mid‑senior stakeholders will be key.
- Data Driven: On the req level, you will present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights.
- Strategic & Business Partnership: A trusted partner to the business leadership, effectively influencing and consulting on recruitment priorities. Able to drive change and align with recruitment strategy.
- DE&I: Proactively manage and build hiring solutions for the longer term that can help our wider organisation and leadership team foster a diverse and inclusive team.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Recruiter within Sales, Commercial & Marketing areas, with any experience in Advertising being a significant plus.
- Experience with full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to the interview and hiring process across all levels of requisitions.
- Stakeholder management – experience successfully managing complex departments with a strategic focus.
- Introducing and increasing adoption of more mature recruitment processes.
- Confidence using data – experience utilising a variety of tools (e.g. Ashby Analytics & LinkedIn Talent Insights), to highlight trends and influence leadership teams decision‑making.
