We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Bristol team. In this role, you’ll help us cultivate relationships with Wales’ most highly regarded local restaurants, acting as a critical consultant to help them increase their online sales and reach new heights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Nurture strategic relationships: Maintain and grow partnerships with our top-tier restaurant partners through strong communication, both face-to-face and remotely.
- Drive commercial performance: Use data analysis and industry knowledge to maximise order volume and unlock growth potential for your portfolio.
- Negotiate & influence: Lead contract negotiations and define partnership terms that deliver long-term value for both Deliveroo and our partners.
- Optimise operations: Collaborate with restaurant and rider operations teams to improve efficiency and the overall experience for our three-sided marketplace.
- Be the local expert: Serve as a regional ambassador, staying ahead of industry trends and presenting innovative ideas to accelerate our growth in Wales.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
- Proven relationship management: Significant experience (2+ years) in account management, relationship management, or a similar commercial environment.
- Commercial & analytical acumen: A strong ability to understand and use data to drive results and support successful negotiations.
- Autonomy & drive: A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while out meeting partners across different areas of Wales.
- Excellent communication: Strong rapport-building skills, whether face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.
- Mobility: A valid driving licence and access to a car is preferred, as you will be frequently travelling to visit partners on-site.
