What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be joining the Regional UK & Ireland team, reporting to the Regional Manager. We are experts in the local markets we serve, from Brighton to Belfast. This isn't a typical office job; you’ll be out on the road as the face of Deliveroo, hunting for the best culinary gems in Swansea and the surrounding areas.
- Strategic Prospecting: Map, pitch, and close new restaurant partners across your region, acting as a city-level expert who knows exactly what local customers crave.
- Multi-channel Outreach: Connect with restaurant owners through physical visits, calls, and digital platforms to demonstrate the value of Deliveroo’s technology.
- Seamless Onboarding: Oversee the end-to-end partner onboarding process to ensure it is as quick and efficient as possible for the merchant.
- Drive Partner Success: Take ownership of a partner’s first eight weeks on the platform, ensuring they are set up for long-term growth and high performance.
- Market Immersion: Stay ahead of industry trends by attending food meet-ups and sampling high-quality food from potential partners.
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
- Sales & Negotiation: Proven experience in "hunting" roles, with the ability to structure win-win deals for both restaurants and Deliveroo.
- Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of the economics of food delivery and the ability to work towards demanding monthly targets.

- Industry Knowledge: A genuine interest in the food and restaurant scene, with the ability to demonstrate product value to savvy business owners.
- Mobility & Ownership: A self-starter with a valid driving licence and car, who is comfortable being out on the road and taking full ownership of their region.
