The Role
As an Executive in B2B Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for building, delivering, and optimizing Deliveroo’s external B2B communications. You will ensure effective communication with the right audience at the right time across various channels. You will play an integral role in developing and testing new campaigns, cadences, and channels as part of a broader initiative to enhance how Deliveroo communicates with our partners.
Additionally, you will be a key member of the Commercial Operations Team, contributing to our overall approach to commercial enablement to support our market-leading proposition for restaurant and retail partners through our frontline teams.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing the execution of Deliveroo’s B2B Partner communication strategy
- Optimizing B2B campaign planning and execution to balance strategy, business goals, and frequency
- Addressing trade-off decisions to ensure smooth campaign execution and maximum impact
- Optimizing and improving Deliveroo’s B2B Partner communications
- Implementing campaign tracking and performance reporting to optimize ongoing campaigns and provide stakeholders with insights
- Managing weekly reporting and updates for business stakeholders
- Sharing best practices for campaign design and execution based on data, feedback, and industry standards
- Using data and insights to evolve the B2B communications strategy
- Enhancing the operational performance of Deliveroo’s B2B Marketing technology stack
- Collaborating with business and product teams to improve marketing capabilities based on data, experience, and industry trends
Technical Skills Required
- Experience with Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud data structures
- Experience with marketing automation, planning, SEO, and analytical tools
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL
Additional Skills and Competencies
- Problem-Solving & Strategic Thinking: Applying structured thinking, providing frameworks for trade-offs, analyzing proactively, coaching others, and understanding strategic implications.
- Data Analytics: Numeracy skills, translating business problems into data solutions, selecting appropriate metrics, and communicating insights effectively. Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau and strong SQL skills are highly recommended.
- Project Management: Managing multiple complex projects across stakeholders and markets.
- Delivery: Setting performance frameworks, ensuring objectives are met, and fostering a positive performance culture.
