The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational Accounts Payable (HOP) processes for all countries Deliveroo operates in. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office 3-days a week. Reporting to the AP Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Accurate transaction processing and query handling (about invoices, credit notes and expenses)
  • Scope AP Processes for new vendors and new markets
  • Create efficiencies within the AP processes
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience with the AP process, having held an AP clerk position previously and 1+ years' experience within a high volume AP function
  • Familiar with processing stock invoices
  • System experience of accounting packages and P2P
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills at intermediate level
  • A desire to improve processes and 'own' your work
  • Experience working for a Global company
  • Experience in Netsuite
