The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational Accounts Payable processes, ensuring workloads are covered and tasks are completed to a high standard and assisting the Transaction Manager with managing a team of up to 6. You will be based in our London HQ office, where you will be required to work in the office 3-days a week. This is a 12month FTC role.
What you will do

Work closely with the Transaction Manager to assist in improving the function, proactively identifying areas for improvement and highlighting any inefficiencies in systems and processes to create and operate a global centre of excellence.

Produce a monthly KPI pack for the Transaction manager to review

Ensure new joiners have the appropriate training and knowledge to perform their roles

Resolving Accounts payable queries with the team in an efficient and timely manner

Be a driving force with process improvements and the automation of the Accounts Payable HOP workstream

Be a positive role model for the team, supportive to all team members and an ambassador for Finance Operations
