We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Milan team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic consultant for our top restaurant brands in Italy, using data‑driven insights to unlock growth and strengthen our marketplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Portfolio Management: Manage a high‑impact portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting relationships and serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Performance Consulting: Monitor and analyse partner metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve partner satisfaction through data‑led storytelling.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to improve supply quality, financial performance, and our consumer value proposition (CVP).
  • Growth Strategy: Plan and execute portfolio strategies that increase market share, loyalty, and financial health for both Deliveroo and our partners.
  • P&L Oversight: Take ownership of your perimeter’s P&L, proactively identifying risks and uncovering new revenue opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Significant Account Management Experience: Proven track record in account management or sales, specifically focused on driving commercial growth.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and the ability to link operational metrics to financial outcomes.
  • Expert Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations and secure mutually beneficial terms with senior stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Natural ability to build rapport and influence partners, turning data into actionable business advice.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in using tools and applications to manage workflows and guide best practices across your portfolio.

  • Industry Expertise: Experience within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors.
