We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our France team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the success of a strategic portfolio of key accounts, helping us implement the most relevant tools for our partners and users.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Restaurant Account Management team. We focus on managing key partners in mature sectors, providing them with high-level expertise and tailored support to ensure mutual growth on our platform. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Portfolio Strategy: Manage a portfolio of key restaurants in mature sectors, acting as a Food Tech expert and a trusted partner for your specific zone.
- Profitability & Data: Optimise the profitability of your portfolio through personalised, long-term support built on rigorous data analysis.
- Commercial Performance: Analyse performance metrics and take decisive action, providing direct recommendations to the Regional Manager to drive success.
- Campaign Management: Suggest and implement bespoke marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the needs of your restaurant partners.
- Operational Excellence: Closely monitor field operations to optimise the end-to-end experience for both our partners and our customers.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
- Commercial Expertise: Significant experience (typically 2–3+ years) in a similar account management or commercial role, with a proven track record of hitting OKRs.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to lead complex commercial discussions, including contract negotiations and the deployment of new commercial tools.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong understanding of how to identify, interpret, and act on commercial and operational performance data.
- Field Presence: Strong "on-the-ground" expertise with the ability to maintain high-quality competitive intelligence and travel within your zone (approx. 3 days per week).
- Bilingual Communication: Mastery of English (written and spoken) to effectively defend viewpoints and collaborate with international teams.
