We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Paris team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the success of a strategic portfolio of key restaurant partners across the East Paris sector, ensuring they have the most effective tools to thrive on our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive Portfolio Growth: Manage a portfolio of key restaurant partners in East Paris, acting as a Food Tech expert to optimise their profitability and performance.
  • Strategic Consultation: Use data insights to provide personalised recommendations to partners and internal Regional Managers, maintaining agility in a fast‑moving market.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead high‑level discussions regarding contracts and commercial tools to maintain portfolio quality and hit key performance objectives (OKRs).
  • Marketing Execution: Suggest and implement bespoke marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to the specific needs of your restaurant partners.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor live operations closely to enhance the experience for both restaurant partners and customers, ensuring Deliveroo remains the gold standard for food delivery.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

  • Proven Account Management: Significant experience in a commercial or account management role, ideally within a fast‑paced tech or food environment.
  • Strategic Negotiation: Proven ability to lead complex commercial discussions, anticipate market trends, and influence partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Analytical Mindset: A strong understanding of how to identify, interpret, and act on commercial and operational performance data.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: A self‑starter attitude with the ability to draw conclusions from actions and provide clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Communication & Field Presence: Fluent in English and French, with the ability to build lasting relationships and spend approximately three days a week on the ground within your sector.
