Your Impact: As a Solutions Consultant at Deliverect, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by providing strategic guidance and technical expertise to our Enterprise clientele. Acting as both a technical authority and a trusted business partner, you will bridge the gap between complex developer ecosystems and business operations while navigating high-stakes environments to design adoption paths that directly shape our product roadmap and long-term customer success. This will be either a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in a local European office and 2 days from the comfort of your home, or a fully remote role working from the comfort of your home dependent on your location.
What you will do:
- Analyse complex enterprise customer workflows, translate technical requirements into scalable implementations, and lead deep-dive technical alignment sessions.
- Guide clients beyond basic setup by recommending best ways of working, operational best practices, and optimised integration architectures tailored to business needs.
- Act as the primary technical advisor to technical leads and C-suite executives, articulating complex concepts clearly across multi-phased projects.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams to share structured Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, identify product gaps, and influence platform roadmaps.
- Establish structure in ambiguous, high-pressure environments by prioritising critical initiatives and resolving shifting requirements with agility.
- Guide clients through the full onboarding and adoption lifecycle by executing end-to-end (E2E) systems testing, delivering tailored training programmes, and ensuring seamless deployments.
- Apply systems thinking and root-cause analysis to troubleshoot complex integration, middleware, and API challenges to resolution.
- Document and escalate platform bugs, optimise team implementation frameworks, and mentor team members to foster technical excellence.
What you will bring:
- Fluency in English is required; any additional languages are a plus.
- 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or project lifecycles within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working directly within a technical scope (REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation).
- Deep API & Integration Literacy: Proven ability to read, navigate, and architect solutions using complex API documentation, REST APIs, webhooks, middleware systems, and token authentication.
- Executive-Level Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with comfort presenting to and influencing C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business leaders.
- Systems & Troubleshooting Aptitude: Systematic approach to evaluating end-to-end data flows combined with a root-cause troubleshooting mindset.
- Automation & Tooling Experience: Proficiency with Python and Google Apps Scripts, alongside hands-on experience using API testing tools like Postman or Bruno.
- Technical Analytics: Experience leveraging data and monitoring tools such as Looker, BigQuery, or Grafana to analyse system health and performance metrics.

How to prepare for a job interview at Deliverect
✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills
For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. ✨Prepare for Behavioural Questions
While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines. Brush up on the STAR method—Situation, Task, Action, Result—to clearly articulate our past experiences when discussing how we've contributed to a team.
