Your Impact: As the Head of Infrastructure/DevOps and Security, you will lead our global cloud reliability function, playing a pivotal role in aligning and optimizing our entire platform infrastructure. You will design and execute strategies to streamline CI/CD pipelines, improve system resilience, and ensure our engineering teams have the secure environments and insights they need to succeed in our high‑growth B2B SaaS environment. This is a full‑time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in either our Ghent, London or Madrid office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
What you will do:
- Infrastructure Strategy & Vision (approx. 30%): Execute a global infrastructure strategy aligned with company growth plans. Partner with engineering leaders to drive platform predictability, operational excellence, and scalable cloud architecture.
- Security & Compliance (approx. 25%): Own and refine the end‑to‑end security posture of the application. Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across all databases and microservices.
