Account Manager – DeliverectJoin Deliverect, an API‐first platform revolutionizing commerce for the food and retail industries.

Department FocusThe Growth team empowers customers to achieve significant growth, acting as strategic partners and guiding them to maximise the value of our platform.

Your ImpactAs an Account Manager you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive maximum, ongoing value from our platform. You will manage medium‐to‐high complexity accounts, drive expansion opportunities, and collaborate cross‐functionally to turn customer needs into value‐driven solutions.

What you will do

Drive Commercial Growth & Retention (≈40% of time): Own the full lifecycle of contract renewals, identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities, and accelerate expansion to achieve revenue targets and increase customer lifetime value.

Strategic Account Management (≈30% of time): Build deep, long‐term partnerships, conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, and design tailored engagement strategies for high‐value customers.

Customer & Internal Advocacy (≈20% of time): Serve as the main point of contact, gather requirements and pain points, and advocate internally with Product, Legal, and Finance to assess feasibility of customer requests.

Project Leadership & Problem Solving (≈10% of time): Own strategic projects, from new location deployments to showcasing platform features, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of escalations.

Resource & Decision Management: Prioritise customers based on potential and risk, and autonomously determine engagement cadence to maintain account health.

What you will Bring

Fluency in English and strong written and verbal communication skills.

3–5 years of experience in Account Management or a commercial‐focused role in B2B SaaS & Food Tech.

Expert relationship‐building and communication skills, with empathy and clarity when engaging stakeholders.

Commercial acumen and deep understanding of SaaS business models, subscriptions, and expansion paths.

Good understanding of APIs/integrations and the ability to read product usage data to identify churn signals.

Expertise in CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce) for pipeline tracking and revenue forecasting.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in German or another European language.

Demonstrable project‐management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
