At Deliverect, our API-first platform is revolutionising commerce by providing a connected suite of on- and off-premise solutions. We empower both the food and retail industries to expand their revenue and simplify their operations, creating seamless experiences for businesses to sell anywhere and deliver everywhere. Today we process roughly €13 billion in annualised gross merchandise value across 100,000+ committed locations in more than 50 markets.

Department Focus: Strategy & Ops

The Strategy and Ops Department at Deliverect is composed of highly skilled professionals who work behind the scenes to ensure seamless business operations. By leveraging data-driven insights, we optimise and innovate to enhance our business and pave the way for customer success. We are dedicated to refining business operations to elevate efficiency and effectiveness across all units, leading and adapting through organisational changes to minimise disruption. Collaborating closely with other departments, we synchronise strategies and operations with the company's overarching goals to deliver optimal results for our users.

Your Impact

Deliverect is entering its next phase: from land-and-expand growth to monetisation and margin. That means expanding revenue per location through our commerce engine, kiosk, payments and AI products rather than location count alone; running a disciplined enterprise motion across North America, EMEA and APAC.

As Chief of Staff you sit in the Executive Office and are accountable for three things: that the leadership team makes decisions quickly and records them; that our numbers mean the same thing in the dashboard, the board pack and the bank model; and that the company's top ten priorities actually ship. You will play a pivotal role driving alignment, execution, and operating cadence across. You will operate as a strategic advisor, program leader, and operational integrator across the leadership team, the wider management group, and the Board.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in office and 2 days from home. Because a material share of our people, revenue and enterprise pipeline sits in the Americas, this role carries a standing expectation of US-hours coverage several days per week and roughly 20% international travel.

  • Drive Executive & Management Operational Cadence (approx. 30%): Coordinate and facilitate Senior Management Team meetings, establish governance, track KPIs, maintain decision/action logs, and deliver quarterly impact assessments to continuously elevate executive operating effectiveness.
  • Support Strategic Priorities & Executive Delivery (approx. 25%): Partner closely with CEO to plan and deliver top company priorities, preparing briefs, background research, meeting agendas, and driving execution on strategic initiatives.
  • Enable OKR Delivery & Cross-Functional Alignment (approx. 15%): Serve as organisational connective tissue, applying strong influence and emotional intelligence to help leaders collaborate, clear execution friction, chase deliverables, and unblock cross-functional dependencies.
  • Manage Executive Communications & Stakeholder Engagement (approx. 15%): Support executive content creation and messaging across the company, helping draft clear narratives, all-hands briefs, and structured update loops.
  • Own the Captains Dashboard & Governance Support (approx. 15%): Build and maintain the central dashboard tracking company performance and OKR progress, ensuring high data integrity, surfacing early risks/blockers, and setting weekly Captains meeting agendas.

Follow up and maintain the cadence of the ongoing key projects and be a program manager for key projects in the company.

Proven Track Record: Experience as a Chief of Staff, Business Operations leader, or Strategic Program Manager within a fast-paced scale-up (B2B SaaS experience highly preferred).

Senior Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to influence senior executives, build strong relationships, and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Structured & Analytical Mindset: Comfortable managing KPIs, BI dashboards, and data hygiene; able to turn complex performance data into actionable strategic insights.

Execution & Ownership: High autonomy, strong bias to action, and exceptional organisational skills to manage competing priorities, track deliverables, and navigate ambiguity smoothly.

AI-native execution: We sell agentic commerce products; we expect the Executive Office to run on them. You should be someone who builds their own agentic workflows for reporting, briefing, research and meeting prep, and who treats manual dashboard maintenance and deck production as work to be automated down over time, not as the job.

Communication Mastery: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of crafting crisp executive briefs, clear company updates, and structured narratives.

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); an MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus.
