Your Impact

As a Mid‑Market Account Executive on our dynamic sales team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Deliverect’s growth by acquiring key mid‑market restaurant clients across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to our Head of Sales for Europe, you will lead the charge in a highly successful region, driving a dedicated new business approach to grow our customer base and solidify our market leadership. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously within a fun, international team, leveraging your network to transform how the hospitality industry connects with its customers.

Work Arrangement

This is a full‑time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our London office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.

What you will do

  • Lead the commercial process from first contact to contract signature, focusing on high‑growth acquisition of mid‑market accounts.
  • Manage a healthy mix of inbound leads while building your own outbound pipeline through targeted lists and collaboration with various internal teams.
  • Actively engage with the UK hospitality community by attending industry events, trade shows, and meet‑ups to build influential relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate in‑depth discovery and demo sessions with prospects to demonstrate how our integrated software and hardware solutions solve unique business challenges.
  • Work closely with the wider European sales team and regional colleagues to share best practices and ensure a unified approach to market expansion.
  • Perform a professional handover of newly signed clients to the Implementation and Account Management teams to guarantee long‑term customer success and live activation.
  • Apply CRM processes (HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting, clear communication, and effective pipeline management.

What you will bring

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a full sales cycle, new business acquisition role, ideally within the Food‑Tech, Payments, or SaaS sectors.
  • Native‑level English is required. Proficiency in Dutch or German is a strong plus.
  • A pre‑existing network within the UK/Ireland hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferred, allowing you to hit the ground running.
  • Experience selling both software and hardware solutions; a background in Kiosk or POS systems is a significant plus.
  • A proactive, autonomous mentality with a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals independently.
  • A positive Growth Mindset – we’re looking for someone who approaches challenges with curiosity and a growth mindset in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence C‑level and Director‑level executives.
