ROLE PURPOSE & SCOPE
The People & Values Director will report directly to the CEO and lead the design and execution of DELIVER\’s people strategy, mission, and values. This role will oversee the development of a robust HR infrastructure and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture during a phase of accelerated growth. The position requires balancing strategic foresight with operational delivery, ensuring that people-related initiatives directly support DELIVER\’s core values of Planet, People, and Profit.
REPORTING LINES
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Direct reports: None (collaborates cross-functionally and with outsourced HR/Payroll service providers)
Key Responsibilities
Performance Optimization & Accountability
Design and enforce performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs, reviews) to maximize productivity, alignment, and accountability.
Drive continuous feedback culture, addressing underperformance firmly and constructively.
Partner with leadership to ensure that people strategy directly supports Deliver\’s growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.
Rules Enforcement & Governance
Ensure consistent application of HR rules and policies across geographies, covering probation, notice periods, disciplinary, and grievance processes.
Maintain compliance with UK employment law and local mandatory provisions; proactively manage risk through governance and audits.
Act as the guarantor of fairness, consistency, and rigor in people management.
Engagement & Well-Being
Champion Deliver\’s Planet–People–Profit values, embedding them in all HR practices and initiatives.
Develop and lead strategies to strengthen engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being in a fully remote environment.
Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability, ensuring employees feel valued and supported.
Strategic People Leadership
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on culture, organizational design, and people-related decisions.
Oversee all hires, leadership development, and succession planning to support Deliver\’s scaling journey.
Provide HR analytics and insights to inform strategic decision-making and measure impact.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Proven track record in building and scaling HR functions in high-growth, multicultural, and remote-first environments.
Experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, and cultural transformation.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws in multiple jurisdictions (Europe, UK, Asia preferred).
Master\’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Fluency in English.

LOCATION & CONTRACT TYPE
Remote (UK preferred) with regular travels to London (approx. twice per month).
Full-time Executive Position
Package & Other Benefits
Base Salary: up to 80,000 GBP (depending on track record).
Performance Bonus: 20% of base salary, linked to OKRs.
