The Marketing Executive will play a hands-on role in supporting the delivery of high-quality campaigns across channels to drive engagement, registrations, and pipeline growth. Working closely with the Senior Demand Generation & Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications Manager, and the wider marketing team, you will execute email campaigns, maintain digital platforms, and create digital assets that enhance brand presence and support both visitor and exhibitor lead generation.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN 12 MONTHS
Success in this role means executing campaigns with precision and consistency, contributing to measurable improvements in audience engagement, lead generation, and brand presence across digital channels. You will have developed strong working relationships across the marketing team and demonstrated the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without compromising quality. You will have built a solid foundation in global events marketing, with a clear understanding of how digital, content, and campaign execution come together to drive commercial outcomes for DELIVER.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign Execution (Email & Social)
- Build and schedule email campaigns for visitor and exhibitor lead generation and communications
- Conduct accurate data selection and segmentation from the CRM to support targeted campaign delivery
- Implement automated email journeys and triggers to improve audience engagement and lead nurturing
- Support performance tracking, compiling reports on campaign effectiveness and key metrics
- Execute social media content plans across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and X
- Monitor social activity, engage with comments, and respond appropriately to maintain community presence
- Assist in social media performance tracking and reporting
- Website & Content Updates
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of event websites, including updating copy, creating and publishing landing pages, and uploading PDFs and marketing materials
- Ensure all website updates are timely, accurate, and on-brand
- Create on-brand graphics for emails, social media, digital ads, web, and partner use
- Update marketing collateral including brochures, event listings, and flyers
- Work closely with the team to ensure creative consistency across all outputs
- Event Platform Support
- Brief updates and ensure marketing collateral within the event platform is current and correctly displayed
- Coordinate with the wider team to maintain a smooth and on-brand digital attendee experience
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in events
- Experience with email marketing; basic HTML knowledge is desirable
- Familiarity with digital tools including email platforms, social media schedulers, CMS and CRM systems
- Comfortable working with data, contact lists, and supporting reporting tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or Bilingual proficiency)
- A self-starter with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Creative eye for design and strong attention to detail
- Confident multitasker, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proactive, results-driven, and quick-thinking
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and basic project management skills
- Open and eligible to travel internationally several weeks per year
- High-speed internet access in a suitable remote working environment
