Role Purpose & Scope
The CEO will lead Deliver’s strategic growth and operational excellence, driving innovation in event management while championing the company’s core values of Planet, People, and Profit. This role is responsible for defining and executing the company’s vision, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture, and ensuring sustainable profitability. The CEO will balance operational excellence with commercial discipline, positioning Deliver as a forward‑thinking market leader and trusted partner for high‑profile clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define, communicate, and execute Deliver’s long‑term vision and growth strategy, ensuring alignment with the Planet–People–Profit mission. Anticipate market shifts, identify new opportunities, and position Deliver for sustainable international expansion. Inspire confidence through a clear track record of delivering growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Commercial & Financial Performance: Lead P&L management, cash‑flow oversight, and capital allocation with discipline and transparency. Drive revenue growth while safeguarding margins. Ensure commercial models remain competitive, scalable, and resilient across regions.
- Stakeholder & Market Engagement: Act as Deliver’s ambassador with clients, partners, industry bodies, and media. Build trust with the Board, shareholders, and investors through clear, credible communication. Cultivate high‑value partnerships that fuel growth and reinforce Deliver’s positioning.
- People & Culture Leadership: Build and empower a high‑performing leadership team, ensuring succession readiness. Champion Deliver’s values and foster a culture of accountability, inclusivity, and innovation. Promote professional growth, employee engagement, and global collaboration across a distributed team.
- Operational & Digital Excellence: Ensure flawless delivery of client experiences across all events and markets. Strengthen governance and operational processes to scale effectively. Accelerate digital transformation, including the adoption of AI‑powered tools, to enhance efficiency and insights.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bring 15 years’ experience, including at least 7 years in senior leadership, ideally within B2B services, business consulting, or PE‑backed environments.
- Proven track record in scaling businesses and driving profitability.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&L management.
- Experience leading multicultural teams across multiple geographies.
- Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Fluency in English.

- Base Salary: ÂŁ120,000 per annum (gross)
- Performance‑based incentive: 3P Balanced Scorecard (STI) – one annual bonus (Target 15%E–25%E of base, cap 150%). Split Profit 40% / People 30% / Planet 30%, Standard 50/100/150 payout at Threshold/Target/Stretch with linear interpolation.
