We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Private Markets Investment Administrator to support the operational delivery of the private market investment activity being supported by our Structuring team. This role will work closely with internal teams, financial organisations and ecosystem partners to help facilitate the onboarding and ongoing administration of private market investment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, data accuracy and a high-quality client experience across investment lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services operations, private markets administration or investment platform support, with a strong understanding of regulated financial environments and investor servicing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the onboarding and administration of private market investment opportunities, utilising the Delio Core OS platform
  • Assist with investor onboarding processes, including KYC/AML documentation reviews and investor record maintenance
  • Coordinate investment workflows including subscriptions, allocations, capital calls, distributions and reporting activities
  • Maintain accurate investment and investor data within internal systems and client platforms
  • Liaise with clients, fund managers, legal teams and third-party providers to ensure smooth operational delivery
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls and client experience
  • Support the preparation and distribution of investor communications and reporting materials
  • Assist with reconciliations, document management and audit-related requests
  • Ensure operational activities are completed in accordance with internal procedures and service standards
Qualifications Requirements
  • Essential:
  • Previous experience in financial services operations, fund administration, private markets administration or investment operations
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Comfortable working with digital platforms, operational systems and workflow tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Understanding of KYC/AML and investor onboarding processes
  • Desirable:
  • Experience working with private markets, alternative investments or wealth management platforms
  • Familiarity with fund structures, investor servicing and private asset lifecycle processes
  • Experience supporting regulated financial services businesses
  • Experience using CRM, workflow or SaaS-based operational platforms
