Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager, SRP
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: UK (hybrid between remote work and Derivia office)
Structured Retail Products (SRP) is a leading provider of specialised data and market intelligence, serving top financial institutions worldwide. With ambitious growth targets, we are focused on expanding our reach, particularly among buy-side companies and hedge funds in the derivatives and structured products markets. Marketing is central to achieving these goals, and we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team and drive impactful results.
1. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy for SRP. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation, shaping product marketing initiatives, and building brand awareness to support business growth. You will balance immediate business development priorities with longer-term brand positioning efforts, ensuring Marketing’s alignment with Sales objectives and overall company goals. Collaboration will be key, as you’ll work closely with Sales and Product teams to develop campaigns, leverage product insights, and create impactful materials that accelerate revenue growth. This position is ideal for a strategic marketer with a proven track record in B2B lead generation, product marketing, and Sales collaboration, who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Optimise the SRP marketing website to drive lead conversion
- Implement a mix of content and performance marketing strategies to attract and convert leads from key target institutions
- Collaborate with Sales to develop targeted campaigns and account strategies aimed at high-value prospects
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights on marketing performance and its impact on pipeline and revenue growth
Product Marketing
- Define target customer personas and use cases to guide marketing efforts
- Develop and execute best-in-class go-to-market strategies for new product launches
- Empower Sales with impactful case studies, product collateral, and resources to drive conversions
Brand and Awareness
- Craft a compelling and differentiated positioning for the SRP brand and its offerings
- Build awareness in key markets through PR, partnerships, social media, and other initiatives
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring SRP’s messaging and visual identity reflect its market leadership
3. Required Experience and Skills
- Extensive B2B marketing experience, ideally in data services, with a focus on financial data
- Proven ability to design and execute both tactical campaigns and long-term marketing strategies
- Expertise in leveraging digital channels, including email, social media, and PPC advertising
- Demonstrated success working with Sales to align and optimise marketing efforts for growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience leading the creation of high-quality assets
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, Salesforce (or similar CRMs), and Pardot (or other marketing automation platforms)
