Delineate is recruiting for a Technical Product Owner to join its growing team in Llandysul on a permanent basis. Delineate is on a mission to revolutionise survey research and we’re now looking to accelerate our growth. The Technical Product Owner is responsible for:

  • Act as a conduit between business stakeholders, clients and the Engineering Team
  • Work with clients to build the strategic Product Roadmap
  • Be responsible for gathering requirements from the clients and other business stakeholders
  • Prioritise the backlog regularly, with input from clients and stakeholders
  • Defining the Product Vision and Strategy
  • Building the strategic Product Roadmap
  • Collaborating with Engineering and Business stakeholders to create User Stories, Technical Stories and Epics
  • Overseeing the continuous improvement of the Product, via regular incremental enhancements based on client needs
  • Team growth: helping the team to improve their agile maturity

Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis
  • Familiarity with Agile processes, particularly Scrum and Kanban
  • Proven experience in managing clients and business stakeholders
  • Experience with Dashboarding tools such as Power BI a bonus
