As Campaign Manager, you will drive the successful delivery of demand initiatives across EMEA and APAC, translating regional priorities into coordinated, high‑impact marketing campaigns. Working closely with regional stakeholders, you will shape the right channel mix, ensure seamless execution across teams, and maintain momentum from launch through post‑campaign analysis. By identifying scalable successes and continuous improvement opportunities, you will help strengthen pipeline performance and contribute to measurable business growth across diverse markets.
Who you are
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns (global, theatre, and regional) to drive net‑new leads, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
- Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams (content, design, digital, web, marketing ops, and social) to deliver high‑impact programs on time and within scope.
- Own the regional (ROW) campaign calendar, including EDM programs and in‑house webinars, ensuring alignment with regional marketing plans and timely execution.
- Manage campaign localization and regional adaptation of global assets, ensuring relevance, consistency, and performance across markets, including collaboration with web teams on local language websites.
- Leverage analytics and performance insights to continuously optimize campaigns, improve lead quality, increase funnel conversion rates, and maximize outcome.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting to marketing leadership, highlighting results, insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Proactively identify opportunities and mitigate roadblocks, adjusting strategy and execution to maintain momentum toward pipeline and revenue goals.
- Utilize project management tools (Asana preferred) to build structured project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
What you’ll do
- Several years of B2B marketing campaign management, integrated campaigns, demand generation, and program management experience required.
- Experience at a fast‑paced technology or SaaS company is preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience.
- Strong ability to execute complex projects with multiple handoffs on a deadline is required.
- Strong marketing and analytics skills and understanding of marketing attribution and waterfalls to be able to report on campaign success and identify what’s not working.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages a plus.
- Strong results orientation with a keen sense of urgency to get things done.
- Experience with the following systems is a plus: Asana, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Qualified.
