You will play a key role in building and managing the training and certification labs that customers and partners rely on to build their capabilities and confirm their expertise on the Delinea cyber security portfolio. This role includes developing expertise on the Delinea product portfolio, managing, updating, and developing lab certification challenges, lab testing and quality assurance, lab security, and troubleshooting. It requires hands-on, technical capabilities to build, manage, and troubleshoot training and certification labs for an identity security product portfolio. This position will require periodic travel to other Delinea offices or partner locations, at least 25% of the time, and may require the ability to travel internationally.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, interpret, and translate lab requirements into effective hands-on learning experiences.
  • Own the full lifecycle of technical training and certification labs used in professional services enablement — from design and build to maintenance and retirement.
  • Keep lab environments current and accurate as products evolve and course content is updated.
  • Design and develop new labs and lab challenges that reinforce key learning objectives.
  • Ensure lab quality across all dimensions, including instructions, virtual machines, regional configurations, and environment specifications.
  • Manage end-to-end provisioning and deprovisioning processes, maintaining clear procedures and consistent execution.
  • Implement and maintain lab security controls and automation to improve reliability and reduce manual overhead.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate documentation for all lab environments and related processes.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for lab troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues quickly to minimize learner disruption.
  • Continuously identify and drive improvements across lab infrastructure, tooling, and processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building, owning, and maintaining lab environments.
  • 2–3+ years in a technical support or systems administration role.
  • Solid working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, IIS, and SQL Server, with experience in AI Agent deployment and optimization and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Entra ID, and/or Okta.
  • Working familiarity with UNIX, Federated Identity configuration, and core networking concepts.
  • Understanding of Cybersecurity and Identity Security principles, including IAM and PAM.
  • Proficiency in scripting and API integrations.
  • A highly self-motivated, independent thinker with sharp problem-solving instincts.
