Senior Marketing Manager - Planning and Insights Position Summary: Delinea is seeking a seasoned and driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing insights, planning, and program management initiatives. Reporting to the VP Global Growth Marketing, this strategic role partners closely with the marketing leadership team to drive excellence in five core areas:
- Planning: Lead the development and orchestration of our annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Insights: Deliver actionable analysis on marketing performance and uncover opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Develop and manage a suite of marketing management reports and dashboards.
- Transformation: Lead key transformational projects.
- Budget Management: Support the VP Global Growth Marketing with management of the marketing organization budget.

What You'll Do:
- Manage the annual, half yearly (and quarterly update) marketing planning process across all marketing teams.
- Responsible for reporting and analysis on growth marketing performance (including marketing budget management and return on marketing investment).
- Use marketing and business data to identify opportunities for growth and work with growth marketing teams, product marketing and sales development to scope growth campaigns/programs.
- Lead Marketing transformational projects.
