Delinea is seeking a Sales Engineering Director for Northern Europe based in the United Kingdom. You will build and mentor a 5–7 person SE team, set technical strategy, and shape how Delinea’s identity security platform is positioned and demonstrated to enterprise customers.
You will report to the EMEA VP of Sales Engineering and own the technical narrative for one of Delinea’s strategic markets. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on regional outcomes and zero standing privilege.
