As a Regional Sales and Education Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within your territory by identifying new business opportunities, supporting existing stockists and delivering exceptional brand education and events. You will act as the main point of contact for delilah in your region, building strong relationships and ensuring our partners receive outstanding support. Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Prospect and identify new retail, salon, clinic and beauty business opportunities.
- Present the delilah brand and product portfolio to potential partners.
- Support the onboarding of new accounts.
- Work towards agreed sales and distribution targets.
- Account Management
- Maintain regular contact with existing stockists across the territory.
- Build strong relationships with business owners, managers and teams.
- Support partners with product recommendations, merchandising and sales opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Encourage replenishment orders and monthly promotions.
- Education & Training
- Deliver engaging in-house product training and brand education sessions.
- Ensure retail teams have the confidence and knowledge to maximise sales.
- Support product launches and new collection introductions.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development for partner teams.
- Events & Brand Promotion
- Deliver in-store demonstrations, masterclasses and consultation events.
- Represent delilah professionally at outreach events.
- Help create excitement and awareness around the brand within your territory.
- Reporting & Communication
- Maintain accurate records of visits, opportunities and activities.
- Provide regular territory updates to the Head of Sales & Education.
- Share market feedback, competitor activity and customer insights.
- Work collaboratively with the wider delilah team to support business objectives.
Skills & Experience
- Essential
- Proven sales experience with evidence of achieving targets within the beauty, cosmetics or skincare industry.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence delivering training, demonstrations and presentations.
- Commercial awareness with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the East and South of England.
